Roller Blend to Support Your Immune System

In a 10mL roller bottle combine:

  • 8 drops Frankincense

  • 8 drops Lemon

Roll on bottoms of the feet each morning as a support. Can use multiple times a day if you're fighting something.

Quick Food Recipes

Apple Chips

Ingredients:

  • 7–8 medium sized apples

  • 1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener of choice

  • 6 drops Cinnamon Bark essential oil

  1. Preheat oven to 200° F and line 2 cookie sheets with baking paper.

  2. Combine sugar and Cinnamon Bark essential oil in small bowl. Stir to combine.

  3. Slice apples into thin slices and layer onto the sheets

  4. Sprinkle apple slices with Cinnamon essential oil sugar mixture.

  5. Place baking trays in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Halfway through, flip apples over.

  6. When edges of apples are curled, take out of oven and place on wire rack until cooled and crispy.

Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

  • 5 teaspoons cocoa powder

  • ¼ teaspoon liquid stevia or 1 ½ teaspoon powdered stevia (amount of sweetener can be adjusted to

  • taste)

  • 1–2 tablespoons sugar or agave (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or ¼ teaspoon almond extract

  • 3 cups almond milk

Instructions

  1. Heat water, cocoa powder, and sweetener on stove until ingredients are smooth.

  2. Add vanilla and milk and bring to a simmer. Pour into your favorite mug.

  3. Introduce flavor by swirling a toothpick dipped in your favorite essential oil.

On Guard Pancakes

2 ripe bananas

  • 1 cup oatmeal

  • 1 cup flour

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ¾ cup milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 drop Cinnamon Bark oil

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts, optional

  • ¼ cup canola oil

  • 2–4 drops of doTERRA On Guard (to taste)

  1. Mash bananas in medium mixing bowl; mix inyogurt, eggs, milk, canola oil, vanilla, and doTERRA On Guard.

  2. In large mixing bowl add oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and walnuts; mix well.

  3. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients and mix. Do not over mix.

  4. Spray griddle with non-stick spray, use small ladle to scoop out mixture to griddle. Cook on medium to high heat. Cook as you would regular pancakes, waiting for bubbles to appear then flip.

Pumpkin Cookies

1 cup canned pumpkin

  • ½ cup non hydrogenated vegetable shortening

  • ½ cup sugar

  • ½ cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 3 drops Cinnamon Bark oil

  • 2 drops Ginger oil

  • 1 drop Clove oil

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ¼ cup oat flour

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  1. Reduce pumpkin by placing in a saucepan over medium heat for 30–45 minutes. Stir often until pumpkin has reduced to ½ cup. Set aside to cool.

  2. Cream together shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in cooled pumpkin, vanilla, and oils.

  3. Sift remaining dry ingredients. Mix until combined.

  4. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  5. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls. Place onto baking sheets. Flatten tops with a spoon. Arrange a few pumpkin seeds in the center as garnish.

  6. Bake 10–12 minutes. Let stand on cookie sheet for two minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie seasoning

  • 2–3 drops doTERRA On Guard® Protective Blend

  • 1 cup ice

  1. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

  2. If desired, add some whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

If you want to make this recipe vegan replace the yogurt and milk with one can of coconut milk.

 

DIY

Fun Fall Festive DIY “Candy Corn” Sugar Sugar Scrub

Sugar scrubs are an excellent way to help exfoliate and soften our skin. For this recipe you can substitute the white sugar with brown

sugar or sea salt. For the FCO you can substitute that with grapeseed, olive, or almond oils.

You can store your scrub in an airtight glass jar.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ C white sugar

  • ½ C Fractionated Coconut oil

  • 4 drops Cassia Essential Oil

  • 4 drops Clove Essential Oil

  • 2-4 drops Ginger Essential Oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine the sugar and Fractionated Coconut Oil in a bowl

  2. Add in your essential oils.

  3. Stir until the mixture is the consistency of a slushy. Add more sugar or FCO for the desired consistency.

  4. For separate colors, divide scrub into separate bowls and add color, then carefully pour each layer.

**this last step is optional you do not have to have colored layers**
