Years ago, when my youngest child was diagnosed with ADHD. It was having such an effect on our family & I became with trying to learn everything I could to help him.

As I researched, I learned about the importance of the endocrine system of the body, & how toxins can affect the endocrine system & are associated with ADHD behaviors. The endocrine system of the body deals with hormones affecting emotion, mood, energy, reproduction, growth, weight fluctuations, & more.

Endocrine disrupting chemicals are being studied heavily & they have a definite association with ADHD behaviors.

These endocrine disrupting chemicals are common ingredients in most of the products used in most homes.

Just as an example, did you know “fragrance” can be toxic? I’m talking about the label “fragrance” on an ingredient list. The FDA doesn’t govern “fragrance” because it’s considered proprietary information for the company using it - kind of like their “special sauce”. They don’t have to disclose what’s in it. And they’re allowed to put all sorts of toxic substances under that label.

Did you know the toxins you absorb can affect your unborn child & what they have to deal with down the road?

This is why looking at the toxic load in our homes is so important. The toxins we have in our cleaning products, lotions, shampoo, hand soap, dryer sheets, & many other household items - these all play a part in the toxic load of our bodies. We want to lower that toxic load as much as we can, so we don’t have to deal with the damage those toxins can do to our brains, reproductive systems, nervous system, metabolism … so many things.

This was the whole reason I started looking at natural cleaning products & lowering the toxic load in our home as much as possible. The ability to lower toxic load was what drew me to dōTERRA as a company in the first place.

The products below have been so helpful in doing this & are my favorites!💯🙌
