Girl’s Nite Workshop

Ready to Ditch the Toxins (Without Losing Your Mind)?

When my son was diagnosed with ADHD, I started digging deep into anything that could be making things worse — and one of the first culprits I found? The “clean” smell coming from my own cleaning products.

Turns out, most store-bought cleaners are full of chemical fragrance — which is a known hormone disruptor. That means it can mess with everything from focus and mood to allergies, asthma, headaches, and more.

I knew something had to change, but I also didn’t want it to be overwhelming. So I started with some simple swaps—and now I want to show you just how easy and affordable it can be to do the same.

Come join me for a fun, hands-on workshop at my home:

All-Purpose Natural Cleaning Spray

$7.50 each

If your child struggles with ADHD, allergies, or mood swings—and nothing seems to help—it might be time to look at what’s in your cleaning supplies. That tiny word “fragrance” on the label? It’s a loophole for companies to hide hormone-disrupting chemicals that do way more harm than good.

This DIY All-Purpose Spray was one of the first things I changed. The key? doTERRA’s OnGuard essential oil—which is naturally antibacterial and smells amazing. I mix it with Castile soap and a few other oils, and boom: a cleaner that works and supports our health.

This one product helped reduce my son’s ADHD symptoms and cleared up the headaches I didn’t realize were coming from the stuff I was cleaning with.

You’ll walk away from this workshop with something that actually helps you feel better and breathe easier—literally.

Natural Febreze Spray

$6.50 each

If you’ve got a house full of kids, pets, or teenagers—chances are, you’ve reached for air freshener once or twice. Most of the ones at the store are loaded with synthetic fragrance—which is a fancy way of saying: hormone-disrupting junk. If you or your kids deal with allergies, asthma, ADHD, or sleep struggles, spraying that stuff around might be making it worse.

That’s why I now use this DIY Natural Febreze Spray, made with Siberian Fir and Supermint essential oils. These two are a powerhouse together. Siberian Fir supports breathing and clears the air in a real way—not a fake “linen” scent kind of way. And Supermint helps calm stress and support better sleep.

When I swapped this into my routine, I noticed fewer headaches, better sleep, and even less tension in our home. And now I can freshen the air (or the couch or the car) without spraying a chemical cloud.

🍃 Come to my workshop and make your own. It’s quick, simple, and so worth it.

Natural Glass Cleaner

$6.50 each

Cleaning mirrors and windows shouldn’t mean spraying chemicals that mess with your hormones, mood, and energy. But that’s exactly what most glass cleaners do—thanks to the hidden toxins in “fragrance.”

This DIY Glass Spray is a breath of fresh air—literally. It’s made with white vinegar and citrus essential oils, which are naturally antiseptic, antiviral, and uplifting. It cuts through dirt while helping your immune system and brightening your mood.

When I started using this, I could finally clean without getting a headache or worrying what my kids were breathing in. And the citrus scent? Way better than the fake “clean” smell from the store.

🌿 Come make this with me! You’ll walk away with a cleaner that’s safe, powerful, and smells like sunshine.

Natural Mattress Refresher Spray

$6 each

We wash our sheets—but what about our mattress? Over time, mattresses collect dust mites, bacteria, and odors. Most store-bought sprays meant to “freshen” them are full of fake fragrance, which can make allergies, ADHD symptoms, and sleep struggles worse.

That’s why I love this DIY Mattress Refresher Spray. It uses a powerful combo of essential oils:

  • Eucalyptus helps clear your airways and supports healthy breathing

  • Lemon is a natural cleanser that boosts mood and immune function

  • Lavender calms the nervous system and supports deeper sleep

  • Tea Tree fights off germs, bacteria, and even mold

  • Peppermint repels bugs, eliminates odors, supports a clear mind and better sleep

When I started using this instead of chemical sprays, my son slept better, I got fewer headaches, and our home smelled fresh in a good way—not like fake “spring breeze.”
